邬天啓。男，河北涞源人，哲学博士，西安交通大学PP电子社会科学学院哲学系副教授，硕士生导师。

2018.06：獲得西安交通大學哲學博士學位。

信息哲學，複雜性理論，信息生態倫理，哲學存在論，中國哲學等。
